Clayton Hicks

Clayton was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. In 1999, with the help of Delta Air Lines, he relocated to the Metro Atlanta area. Clayton began his professional career with Delta where he held both front line customer facing roles and management positions, eventually serving as Manager- Strategic Planning for In-Flight Services. Looking for an opportunity to serve his neighbors and community, he left and entered the banking industry where he worked as Vice President of Commercial Lending. His banking career led him to the Emerald Coast in 2018 where he continued his passion for working with small business owners. Throughout his banking career Clayton gained experience in business acquisitions, partnership buyouts, mergers, valuations, and SBA lending.
In addition to his professional life, Clayton is committed to serving his community through the Rotary Club of Destin where he has held various roles including President and Area Governor. Clayton has the honor of having been selected for District Governor of District 6940 in 2026, and will hold the role for two years.
Clayton’s first experience with community involvement began in Georgia where he served on the Newnan City Council for 12 years. He also held positions as the President of the Rotary Club of Newnan, Three Rivers Regional Council member (serving on the audit, finance, and budget committees), and the Heritage School Board of Trustees. Clayton graduated with a Bachelors of Science in General Business from Excelsior College, attended Northeastern University for his MBA, and earned his Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt.
Clayton and his wife Robyn have been married for over 20 years and reside in the area with their two rescue dogs, Oreo and Cali.

Junior is married to his wife, Taylor, and they have one child named Rhyland. They currently reside in Richmond Hill, GA living their best life as business owners.
