35 Business Day Commitment
Shark DealRoom Live™ is built around disciplined preparation and controlled execution — not open-ended listings.
For sellers accepted into the program:
- We commit to delivering a structured Live transaction process
- Conducted in a private, confidential setting
- Designed to surface the strongest offer
- With a transaction closing within 35 business days following the Live event
If a qualified seller completes the preparation process and is accepted into Shark DealRoom Live™, and the transaction does not close within 35 business days after executing an offer resulting from the Live event, the Shark Team brokerage fee for the Live event is waived.
Important Note: The 35-business day commitment applies only after the Live event has concluded and an offer resulting from the Live process has been executed. Timing may be impacted by seller responsiveness, document completeness, financing, legal review, or other third-party requirements. Full terms are outlined in the participation agreement.
