Real Estate Agent Referral Fees
If you are a licensed real estate agent, Shark Team will pay you a 15% to 20% commission for referring buyers and/or sellers. That’s it, nothing more is required. You get paid when the business is either bought or sold and the deal is closed.

When you refer a buyer or seller to Shark Team, you can be confident that you are referring them to an experienced, professional firm. Our referral base consists of a large network of transaction-experienced attorneys and accountants, financial planners, lenders who provide financing for business acquisitions, past satisfied clients and customers, realtors, and commercial real estate firms.
How it Works
1) We Send You a Referral Agreement Form
Fill Out The Form!
2) Fill Out the Form with Seller or Buyer Contact Info
3) You Get a Referral Fee When the Business is Bought or Sold
Example:
You refer a buyer or seller to us.
We list a business at a 10% commission rate.
The business sells for $450,000.
Total commission earned is $45,000
You will receive 20% to 25% of the listing or selling side of commission earned.
You receive a check between $4,500 to $5,625!
