He has strong relationships in commercial lending to provide many options for his clients to include options for SBA loans, navigating any issues that may arise in the process. He has a wealth of experience representing buyers and sellers of small to mid-sized companies across a broad range of industries and specializes in the restaurants, hotels, medical, convenience store and all types of retail businesses.
He is an enthusiastic, caring and driven business professional with over 20 years of diverse experience in various business operations. Throughout his career, he has owned and operated several businesses, including a very successful business brokerage, mortgage company and partnered in an extremely profitable MRI facility for 5 years which he sold for 1.25M.
